2. Metformin 1000 mg/d (Sugar control and neuroprotection)
3. Buspirone 20 mg/d (Ideal for anxiety)
4. Telmisartan 40 mg/d (I'm just a dude with high blood pressure)
5. Vitamins C, D, B6, Zinc, Omega (Don't underestimate nutrientmax)
6. Melatonin 3mg/d + earplugs (I rate my sleep as perfect)
7. Dutasteride 0,5 mg/d (Hair, skin, youth and all that)
8. Lithium 40 mg/d (neuroprotection)

I also try to eat 1.5 g of protein per kg of weight every day, sometimes I run and go to the gym.
I also plan to make holodez from lamb brains and heart, maybe I’ll post the recipe

I’m planning on taking Buspirone to lower inhib. How long have you been taking it for and did you notice a difference?
