the older u get , u might get slower but your superior mental models and experience make u actually faster than yougcels cuz u have less branches to calculate even if they are marginally faster per branch. so the older , the faster actually.

there is such a gadget that makes heat u can use it during showering, plus turn up normal radiator heat during showering or even before, close windows

have a long towel, after showering pull it long, cover your shoulders and with the rest wipe your upper and lower body (less cold) you will not understand this but i do, u can even first brush the water off with your hands

dont shower and after that immediately shave or clean ur teeth

first shower (do it fast)
after few hours brush teeth
after few hours shave etc

u achieved the same with way less stress

if something doesnt taste good, dont eat it even if it insults the cook
