This nigga probably only trained lats, neck and back judging by his body and still looks fuckin broad in clothes, he achieved an insane frame for a manlet, remember that he is 5'7 so any big increase on muscle mass would make him look stocky af


I think I'll do just one or two exercises for arms and focus my workout on shoulders and back, I dont even train legs cause my legs are already naturally thick

orb looks totally unimpressive in a tshirt with noodle arms and small chest.

He didnt even need to work out bc his shoulders are broad AF. Genetic frame is 99% of what you will look like. Pitt fightclub is all you need. working Traps, shoulders, lats, back, arms are bonus

Best way to get big is to train everything. Missing muscles makes you look disproportionate and disabled.



leg day is super important though. Small legs and big upper body makes you look like a turbo gymcel, and girls like guys with teardrop quads and a nice ass.

most importantly, hammers and ass are your fuck muscles, and it will be insanely pathetic if you can’t hammer a girl because your posterior chain isunderdeveloped
