Im 5'7 at 14 i haven't really grown since march and im really fucking scared my plates are closed.

I know i probably sound stupid and retarded but I have been STRESSING for like the past 2 months

In the morning im 5'7.5 but i still shrink to 5'7 so it doesnt really matter.

Moms 5'3 and dad is 5'10~ all the doctors say ill grow to like 6ft~ idk why im not trusting them, im just stressing ngl

Can someone please assure me im okay and my growth plate are open until i get that Xray in like a month PLEASE im scared

Stress fucks up literally every other part of your looks too (like skin, weight etc) so its just a net negative.

they’re likely not closed even if this was ur max height my plates closed a year and a half after i stopped growing
also just wait for the xray
and i am sure u will grow to like 5’11
