I already have upcoming consults with surgeons, what im planning to do is to get firstly trimax (ofc gonna take 2-3 years to get it completed) and after that ill get rhino with PEEK jaw implants. Going to get consultation with Dr.R and Dr.EC but probably will have to take more risks and choose Dr.EC because of the budget sadly. Hoping not to die or turn disabled after these surgeries.

3k gonna get it done in Turkey, haven't planned this out yet since the priority is trimax for me and i cant get in budget to get it done combined.
