I never dated my wife. We knew eachother for about two years before we got married, but we never dated or anything. I just told her, "I love you, quit your job, move to my city, and marry me." And that's what she did immediately. We didn't even talk about it or discuss any future plans. The first time I met or spoke to her parents was about two hours after I married her. Well, I asked her father permission over the phone 30 minutes before going into the courthouse. It's been 2 and a half years and she still hasn't met my parents.
