Not crazy if effective. Many people use this technique instinctively. It sucks I have no family and that I am retired, and thus I sound like a boring fuck when people ask me such questions. I need to come up with a detailed Family and Work back story that sounds interesting that I can spit out at will. Some BS about my fake brother and his wife and 4 kids, and that I work part time as an Engineering consultant.
