Im lookist and repulsed by certain ppl and I can’t control it

I try to consciously stop myself even if there a good person but I can’t sometimes it’s hard to control implicit bias i just naturally stay away or like act cold to them but I try to be a better person actively ignoring my monkey instincts but I can’t help pls

I just naturally feel hostile for no reason I try to stop myself knowing I faced the same treatment
