One method I have: IF YOU EVER FEEL SKINNY OR LOW BF. LIFT YOUR SHIRT UP AND PUFF YOUR BELLY OUT THEN LOOK AT THAT SHIT. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOOK FAT AND YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO EAT FOOD FOR THAT WHOLE DAY. DO THIS EVERYDAY

+ retatrutide + chewing gum when I want something sweet

That's impossible. Even starvemaxxing with 1 meal a day you won't lose it that easily.

Are you retarded. This is a method that helped me stay consistent on the calorie deficit
 
losing basically 2kg a week like that is not possible, you are either exaggerating or dont even realise you are wrong, water weight, okay, but thats for like the first week
