I'm losing my hearing

Guys, it's over.

My tinnitus has gotten worse this year because I've been a NEET who uses In-Ear earphones 24/7... also my earphones always have an annoying high pitched sound static, so I guess my brain can't stop hearing it now.

Idk what to do man, will I become deaf?? I guess I gotta stop using those earphones and get myself new ones that don't have that high pitched sound

Tinnitus is mad common. But it will go away with enough time. Takes months to see improvement cause it is nerves

how do I even get rid of it?

I should stop using those earphones I guess. I still have good hearing and hear conversations from far away, so I'm not deaf

Living in a quiet environment for months and months will automatically heal tinnitus. You don’t have to do anything.

once you forget it is there, suddenly it’s gone. Takes awhile tho
