I’m losing my mind because I don’t know how I look

I look so vastly different every time I look at myself I hate it and I don’t even know how I look. I look good in the mirror, I look subhuman in front facing camera, I look good sometimes in reverse camera and subhuman sometimes, depends on the lighting. I just don’t know what to think anymore, lighting and angles make me go from HTN to LTN and I hate it it’s making me miserable and I just wished I looked consistently HTN.
