I don’t work out at the gym. Nothing. I sort of just keep a low exercise regimen in my day which is playing basketball with my friends every now and then. I am low T, I weigh 132.5 lbs at 6’1 but I larp high T in my head so I do actions of high T. Like taking conversations sexually with a girl on the phone you wouldn’t even think of doing. That’s how I lost my e sex virginity.
This is the method if you don’t bother working out like me, until you get steroids.
