Had a genio that didn't work out , the real thing i needed was bimax ccw that i will never get now , i am balding since 18 yrs old and was like norwood 4 at 20 now is too late to change anything but managed to recover to a norwood 2/3 with diffuse thinning with 5 years of meds that made me completely lifeless, my skin is starting to sag and lost all my periorbital fat already.
I just wish to die asap in my sleep , sometimes life is really not worth living no matter how much you try , it will never be enough... and the time you wasted on improving meanwhile you should have enjoyed your life gone forever.

ur just getting started, save up money do anything you can to earn more, invest, work multiple jobs, then get a hair transplant, fat grafting if needed skinmax leanmax and u should be mtn at the very minimum with these, just put in the work for a few years if u need, then u can get a girl. tho girls are very picky, they tend to date men at any type of age

cant expect to change if u dont try, late 20s is not old in the grand scheme of things, if you have a good lifestyle u can have 15-20 years of a prime left

i'm also 5'8 , nd and V it's over man , my looks ruined my life . with a proper skull and norwood 1 in my prime everything would have been different

if u status and money max height shouldn't be too much of an issue, if ur ltn right now with the problems u have, u should easily be able to make it to mtn with softmaxxing and some safe hardmaxxes

i'm already lean , only improvements i can realisically make is hair transplant and periorbital fat grafting that will make me mtn MAX and IF everything goes perfectly, and mtn is basically foing from over to over. I have a brutally recessed maxilla/zygos they are like in the 3-4/10 range max saw on my ct scan and would need anywhere between 2-3cm projection and a ccw rotation of whole maxillary-zygomatic bone can't fix those and my mandible with eye area are shit too

thats cap lemme see, ltn to mtn isnt that hard with hardmax and softmaxxing
