Just keep a proper diet and don't leanmax or whatever bullshit while you're still growing. There will be time for that kind of stuff once your growth plates have fused, now you need to get as much height as possible, the rest can come later. Exercise produces hgh which is good for height obv but don't overdo it while you're still growing.
