Well I personally wear slightly baggy/loose jeans. I think they will fit you nicely because you are not very muscular as you said. If you want a quarter zip( you didn't say if you want) select a one that just isn't too tight. I will give you some colour combos.
1. White qz and light blue jeans.
2. Beige qz and dark blue jeans.
If you will wear a tee shirt under the qz I would suggest a white one in both of the fits.
