im mentally unwell but no one in my family acknowledges it

when i say mentally unwell i don't mean depression or anything similar but instead things like sadistic tendencies or literally getting mad when someone from 5 years ago block me or imaging my friends leaving me behind after seeing them talk to someone else.i genuinely dont know what to do bc i know what im feeling is irrational but it feels so real im kinda scared that one day ill break but for now im keeping it together. im also most likely a high functioning autist lol idk atp

any suggestions of feedback?

Get off social media for some time, I do relate to this as well and taking breaks made me feel better
