today i found out that i am the only male PhD student in my uni with an instagram account. there is noone to add, there is nothing. I have to beg the few female students to add me if they feel merciful ofc.

And i shouldnt have done this just like i shouldnt have served in the military and use Tinder. Literally 1 bad decision after the other, you cannot imagine how much bullying i got in the army for not having an instagram.

I have been digging my grave since 2020. Improper socialization is worse than being a complete shutin. I have been putting myself in situations that i shouldnt have been in and it ruined me. But there is no going back now ig.
