He has mastered speaking in a calm tone and has curated his mannerisms to display himself in the best light possible imo
The interviewer's goal is to make himself seem like the better person and the more reasonable one in the interaction and he does this with fake concern for Kent hurting himself and Kent meets him at his own game, saying he appreciates the empathy in a softly spoken tone then adds in a soundbite about how bad the term bonesmashing sounds to display that he sees the interviewers perspective
Interviewer: "I don't want you to be hurting yourself, I feel like you are"
Kent: "I really appreciate the empathy, Bonesmashing.. what a horrible term"
Granted I don't know what his personality was like before making content, he appeared completely different on the public livestream he did but I'm impressed by how well he curated his persona for his own vids and for interviews
