He likes to rub himself on your leg but then when you go to pet him he bites your hand and freaks out as soon as you move it

And then right after asks for more pets

And he gets angry at his food bowl sometimes and throws it across the room

He’s always been a bit of a freak and other dogs give weird uncomfortable looks when they see his behavior
