He should either learn a trade or get a degree from an open university and then wageslave for some time. 2-3 jobs whatever it takes to buy his own place and get some capital and then he needs to invest all that money. 90% of the Russian/Slav/Brazil models in Asia are on freelance, and they just do English teaching or have sugar mommies for extra income jfl.
But yeah for the high fashion contract type stuff you need to have a mother agency in Europe who sends you out to Asia for jobs and then it’s easy to get into top agencies in Korea/Japan, but it’s much more rare of course.
