It was 2 nearly 3 days. Day 2 was interesting, because I had a surge of energy midday.

I was only seeing if there's any benefits to fasting, and there are, mainly mental benefits in my case, in my instance though it's not worth fasting. Was an interesting experiment though.

The best thing about fasting is triggering cellular repair processes such as autophagy
