ur biggest flaw is obviously your ears, if i was you i would grow my hair out and try to cover them. also recessed chin. but other than that u look good, eye area and hollow cheeks carrying. nice neck and bigonial as well

Thanks, I've usually had longer hair but being too lazy get them done it always looked like shit, what cut would you suggest?

mad potential but I unfortunately think you'll have to hardmaxx to reach it. For now try permajutting and get your hair in a flow to the back cause your forehead is not big and it will look good. The only that would make you escape surgery is getting a good beard, with your bigonial it would look good.

for surgeries I'm mainly referring to the philtrum area, some way of shortening it either by usage of nose or upper lip, I'm not really familiar with philtrum surgeries. Permajutting is basically you constantly keep your jaw a little bit forward until teeth are aligned to fraud having frontally developed lower third until it become second nature.
