If ur willing to do surgeries/fillers I would recommend undereye fillers, and a bit in ur cheeks and maybe ur jaw to widen it a bit, if u wanted as well you could get a Botox lip flip to give ur top length more length and shorten ur philatrum (ik that is spelt wrong) then if u wanted to do proper hard surgeries I wld do a canthoplasty and potentially a rhinoplasty, I wld also look into double jaw but wld have to see ur side profile more

If u dont wanna do surgeries I wld jus keep up good skincare and change ur hair style
