there's lots of guides on here look into skin bleaching, surgery, skincare and maybe roidmaxxing

if you are serious about looksmaxxing and are willing to get some cosmetic procedures/surgeries done, you can become attractive

softmaxxing: shave the beard, grow the hair, clear up the skin, get on a clean high protein diet, gym 3-5x weekly, minox + derma stamp eyebrows to fill in the gaps

hardmaxxing: jaw filler (easy), rhinoplasty, canthopexy

sideburns needa go sorry, mustache and goatee might work for you? But definitely shave something for a cleaner look. Hair also looks a little simple
