Im no longer depressed after being depressed the last 7 months

Idk why my depression just disappeared.
But after being depressed the last 7 months I felt normal today and yesterday.
Im still kinda depressed.Dont get me wrong but I think from now on my mental health will just get better.
Just wanted to share this cuz it's big lifefuel for me .
