Do uhh stamping twice a week, or derma roller then every other day once you get used to it, 10 percent rosemary oil , peppermint oil, cinnamon oil, ditch shampoo and other stuff, only wash hair once a week with egg yolk(not white), these are pretty cheap stuff so you could try right now no issue, they have no sides too, you can do fin or dut too but they don't even fix the root cause and the side effects are kinda messed up, oh btw since inflammation is related alot to it eat 100 percent clean with a hell lot of butter to repair the gut
