I got scoliosis, and my posture isn't the best I gotta chin tuck for my neck.

Dude idk, you need to speak to whoever diagnosed you with the scoliosis tbh, chriopractic routes are kinda pseudosciencey but might work here.
i guess if you have a muscle inbalance in your neck the best solution is to gym max and make sure you are always keeping your head not tilted.
I have noticeable asymmetry where I level my septum is deviated and I think it’s because my maxilla isn’t expanded to the same degree on the left as it is on the right, if my neck was imbalanced, since the tongue is part of the neck maybe I wasn’t pushing evenly growing up but it’s just a theory
