Nothing man. I will start accepting that I'm ugly and subhuman this new year. It answers all the problems in my life, but I fear surgeries won't fix everything.

yeah, it's tough. you should still be getting surgeries if you need them. even minor cosmetic procedures can make a difference to your appearance.
