I'm 14 but soon 15 and in almost 4 months I've only gained 1cm and that really worries me.
I don't know what to do, I was thinking of taking hgh but I'm afraid it'll mess up my face and I don't know how to get it or how to take it, especially if it's worth it.
I'm currently 1m77 / 5'10

the problem is I skipped a grade so I have to be much taller than most people my age if I want to stay competitive at school

What’s your diet like, sleep, excercise

I'm eating the cleanest I can : a lot of red meat(raw sometimes), chicken(cuz it's cheaper), eggs, raw milk, avocado and only clean carbs like potatoes with many fruits like kiwi and banana
I also do a lot of sports, bjj, french boxe, sprint and gym but I'm someone who always slept alot (I can sleep for 16 hours or more) so only sleeping from 10 pm to 7.30 am is not enough

it’s pretty normal to have a somewhat „pause“, just go to the doctor and check your growth plates didn’t grow for like 5 months but gained over 6cm the last couple months again
