It’s not 100k it’s 80k max for the best surgeons and you’ll walk after 3 months but you’ll have some lost ability for a while and a bit of permanent sports loss, also you can do quadrilateral for a total of 13cm
Go to your endocronoligst get an X-ray for your plates if still showing significant space between then yeah you can grow.

i grew an inch my last yr of hs so i was 17 turning 18 prob around 179-180 rn my parents are both around 160

I hardly grew at all till I was 14 where I had a 8 inch growth spurt that year, then I didnt grow again till I was nearly 18 where I grew 3.5 inches earlier this year. Still a manlet but its cause I've got CGD so I just have delayed growth, I'd highly recommend getting your growth plates xrayed.
