idk know much about diffrent compouds, but i know that you could start with something like 3-4iu of hgh and if u dont feel anything you can up the dossage but dont do more than 10iu, also you would need to check if your growth plates are still open if u will do that in future. and for details i would ask grok cuz its better. and if u want to be rrly sure just pay some private doctor to tell you and maybe prescribe you hgh
