I really hate being skinny-fat
It doesn't matter much I push myself in the gym my body remains the same. I still have fat on my lower belly, love handles & face. I'd be too embarrassed to even strip naked while seeing an escort tbh. It's weird since parts of my body are quite muscular like my legs, biceps, triceps & pecs.
Thanks to grok & @ollieb1500 I was able to finally get rid of my skinnyfat body. The only body fat I have now is on my lower stomach. I can see my hips & adonis belt now. Plus when I touch my face there's no fat there anymore.
The solution is simple.
1: Stop snacking
2: Always do more weights than cardio in the gym.
3: Always push yourself to your limit while doing the cardio after your weights.
These three solutions worked for me.
