i just dont naturally like it. id genuinely only go to the gym if i knew i was going to a school full of jbs. otherwise, without an incentive, gym is pointless for me. im made for pc rotting and gooning

Honestly quite understandable regardless of what anyone else says. I still suggest doing some form of cardio, flexibility and strenght work every week though since the biggest mortality rate as you get older is caused by weak flexibility,heart and lower body strength. Just do some form of cardio you enjoy or simply 10k steps per day together with some stretching and a couple of pull ups, squats, push ups and sit ups here and there and you'll be good.
You can also pick up one or two sports that you like.
