I'm not normally in touch with my emotions

I live in a disconnect

But whenever I get sick it changes, I get much more emotional, emphatic, and I'm actually able to connect with people.

I don't believe that I'm autistic, just disconnected from my emotions and my body.

Sitting with a 40,5c fever so my grammar is probably off.

Either way, just came to think about it, and yeah I would love to be more in touch with myself, so that I can get in touch with other people.

Anyone that has had a similar issue and fixed it?
