Why do I keep getting acne where I shave even though I clean right before ?

Why do I keep getting acne where I shave even though I clean right before ?

Its not acne, its irritation or ingrown hair. Dont shave against the hairs, it will make your shave less clean but not get these red bumps in return. Also you can switch to a foil shaver, that was the only thing that worked for me. Also you could try aftershave cream (doesnt work for me, but its a thing so I guess it works for some people).
