Good actually when I initiate things life is better when I'm not waiting for the person I'm talking to to tell me what to do. I've never tried getting a girl romantically but it's a lot easier interacting with them or people in general whenever I'm in charge and I stick up and become a leader I just got to keep doing this and eventually It will become effortless.
