I started feeling like total dogshit dieting with willpower once I hit like 11% bodyfat

Reta is defo worth the premium. I get it for a better rate than 200 tho. Most dont

tbh ive been lean all my life idk i just dont crave fast food bulking to 140 for me was like way harder, and just eat in a 1000 calorie surplus at single digit bf in carbs to stay hormonally and mentally well honestly :feelshah: i eat like 4000 calories a day if i want to maintain that
