I'm 18 and i thought that i stopped growing a year ago but apperantly not but it's very slow,
I'm now taking many beneficial supplements lifting weights focusing on sleeping well and have a spine stretching routine which definetly helps to maybe gain a cm or 2 permanantly.
I have nothing to feel good about in my life maybe it will be cope but being tall (5' 11" ,tall where i live) will bring me some value.
