You didn't take 200, such a dose doesn't exist in blotters except ones made custom by a chemist you know. A good quality "200ug" is considered to be around 80-110ug, but the majority is around 40-50ug which is a minidose. I know lsd economy and prices adjusted for doses, as well as tested blotters.

I just bought “250ug” and the guy said it’s strong shit. What’s the reality of the situation here

What do you mean exactly? In theory it can legitimately be over 200ug, but the chance for that to happen even to a liable degree is the guy being a dedicated psychadelic hippy type. If you got it from your average joe street dealer then it would suprise me quite alot if it's even 100ug in there. Tell me the price of the blotters tho, how much did you buy and for what price?
