Im 15 5,9 65kg 25% bodyfat and have been skinny fat most my life.
I started the gym 4 months ago and I do bench bodyweight.
im cutting down to something between 10-15 percent bodyfat.
Is my goal unhealthy?
 
depends on the calorie deficit. if you eat 400 less calories you will reach your goal but slowly. if u cut down to 1000 calories you fuck your test n puberty shit. but no 10% is not unhealthy
