I just started TODAY. I have to eat 900 protein calories for a week and no carbs. It feels awful but I think it will produce results.

if i can give you advice it's pointless you will just lose weight because you cut carbs and lose water retention unless... you want to go on a no carb diet forever? No I cut before but I hit a plateau and I'm trying to jump start it againdamn so you're finally cutting?

No because I need carbs in my life. I am doing a modified Atkins diet. I will not cut my calories forever but slowly add in carbs later and keep them at a minimum in my diet.
