Im on accutane, is it ok if i take lasix?

Hey guys. I have a party tomorrow, gonna start at 00:00, so, i was doing sum research and came across lasix, ngl, i never heard of it before, but it got me quite intrigued. So, i went to the local pharmacy and got it, 40mg.
While studying it a bit, i saw that it affects the kidney, in order to remove more sodium and potassium through pissing. So, i wanted to ask, if im on accutane, should i be taking lasix? I mean, i dont know if its going to do some severe damage if i take it just tomorrow, but i dont wanna be passing out before my party.
if someone can explain it to me i would be grateful.
ps: I saw that eplerenone mogs furosemide, is it true?

Epl is so much better, i took lasix for a while and got renal inflammation JFL not worth it

I wouldn't recommend anything long term aside from epl, think about it like this
Lasix + no water intake + no supplements = very very bad, risk renal inflammation and dialysis for life and electrolyte deficiencies, not long term
Epl + no water intake + no supplements = no problem, only risk is excess potassium (rare), better, more long term results

I would debloat with potassium and do skincare tomorrow. I think Lasix is unnecessary strain, if its being managed well its probably ok but kidney health is important for looks. If its helping you though it could be worth it.

Also taking it short term is very low risk vs long term

Aldosterone spikes when you wake up in the morning, i take it immediately after i wake up then i pop some electrolytes, i also pop it somewhere around the end of the day if i've got errands to run although i just deal with the post bloat usually

fair. I understand DNR I only mentioned that stuff because it makes a big difference in the compliments I get when I go out. I have specific routine though.
