Im on dnp and dont feel anything

I’ve taken 200mg dnp from ssa for 5 days and don’t feel anything, do I bump it up to 400? I also haven’t lost any weight despite a 1000 cal deficit in these 5 days

Not feeling anything doesn't mean it's working.
Doubling your dose is pretty major, even if it's still relatively low.
Try 200mg/400mg/200mg/400mg if you still don't notice much.
Taper slowly.
