i used to spend at least 5-6hrs a day looking through threads in off topic but now i just log on in the evening for like 20mins to see what’s up

nothing in my life has changed tbh i continue to LDAR most days but i think it’s because i’m i’ve been eating like 1K cals a day on reta

which has led to extreme lethargy

kinda chill tho tbh as i’m leanmaxxing

ok well first week i went down from 86.20kg to 83.4kg

pretty much all of which is fat loss i believe as i was extremely depleted of both glycogen and water weight at 86kg

now it’s my 2nd week

That’s fucked, I just started my 500 defecit, 1800 cal a day I can’t afford reta so I just use nicotine and caffeine

yeah i would say zyns or nic pouches in general are the best for appetite suppression especially if u can get the 30mg-100mgs

Been using 6mgs zyns they work for me I have fuck all tolerance for nic since I havent vaped since high school haha

yeah i get u i use the 30 or 50mg pablos idk they make me feel hella sick and i cant really hack the strength

however it would just kill my appetite before i ever used reta
