I abúsed from 2019 to 2021 like 8 pills of 2 mg per day or weekends (16 mg aprox)
im quitting sertraline and xanax on the morning, before i took 4 times a day, now morning and night
quitting sertraline for ever, and quitting morning xanax *
I reduced the dossage of morning xanax from 0,50 to 0,25 mg (almost nothing)
on 2021 i took 4 xanax per day, now 2. And yes my psychiatrist is making me quit slowing
