I don't like taking it often cause its bad for your heart and i can't be productive when I'm off it if i use it too much

You should try some caffeine pills if youre interested, would be much easier and cheaper to get than adderall. Probably better for you as well, Im not the expert on it but I know those jewpills with amphetamines like adderall and ritalin are no good for you especially if taken long term, while caffeine is pretty much harmless
