And I have shit eye color but fixing my uee and adding midface structure with infras would help a lot, even tho I would still be limited by low esr

what you should do is calculate the total chance of you getting botched after the surgeries (dont add the lazy eye surgery, it'll bring the percentage down by a lot).

if its above 60%, it should be lifefuel for you. you'd mog most people as a mhtn even if youre not tall.
its easier said than done, but this is an opportunity to change your life.

stop worrying about your prime years, teenage love and other shit like that. dont cry because its over, smile because you never had a chance anyway. acceptance will give you a bit of peace. worry about the money youre getting for your surgeries
