Ive been going to the gym for 6 months now and ive built no muscle, Ive ate well trained hard, went regularly and slept well just to built no muscle
And when my friends started going they started benching 60kg in their first week
And i get laughed at for it
Why do i have to be so pathetic and low T :feelsrope:

6 months with consistent training, calorie surplus, and good sleep shouldn't result in no gains man :feelscry:

I was on a deficit for 1 month, i think im just mega Low T

If this really happend you should see a doctor. But it probably didn't.

Did you make any strength progress in that time, and how do you train? Even in a deficit you're generally able to make beginner gains if you're training right

If you're tall af then minimal visible gains are normal unfortunately, but strength gains should be going up regardless of height.

that shouldn’t be possible if you’ve actually done all of that. Are you sure you don’t just have too high expectations?
Might be extremely low T or something otherwise🤷‍♂️

Calories surplus is cope and absolutely not recommended gaining bodyfat % is one of the worst looksmins out there

train like dorian yates and eat 3.5kcal 210g protein for another 6 months
