I am actually at my third month gymmaxing. but normies wouldn't understand that lookspill is important and we need to ascend as effectively as possible.

I have a source but, I'm not quite sure of it I would be grateful if someone shared with me their.

i have legit blasted 400mg over 6 months and they were fair results but was coping with maingaining at the time. however 300mgs over 12 weeks and bulking made me blow up in size

i would HIGHLY reccomend not cycling dude, look into trt for life since ur gonna have a hard time maintaining gains with crushed t and just the benefits of trt for life. maybe do a bit of research on the matter before hand and im sure you'll agree it is much more optimal

im not sure that T actually gets crushed when you come off- most people recover fine in like a month no troubles

yes thats true however remeber glyc and water ( which all make you look biggeer) will be lost, youll deflate massively, and in that month period of time with lower t its much easier to loose muscle and gain fat. i made this mistake in early 2021 now i look pretty much like a slightly bulky fitness model ( im prepping for a contest gotta gain 10lbs and shred for about august) trt will mean i can cut and keep gains for rest of life

True but water also bloats your face and is a facial aesthetics min. I lost a little bit of gains coming off cycle but still defo a net gain- i probs couldve got the same results natty tho with just more patience

with just one steroid cycle you might not do any irreversible damage but the gains you made while on cycle will dwindle quickly after you come off, thus this is kind of useless long term, staying on a small cycle permanently would make more sense if that is the route you truly want to go but if you are young and lack training experience this seems extremely foolish, my friend.

pct actually something I maybe plan to do in my 30s 40s, but as now I rather stay natty outside of cycle. because I'm still young and I want to see where my body natural limits. I did some research on the subect and I could defo with a good pct keep 80% of my gains and since I'm a begginner I would probably gain 13 kg of muscles in 13 weeks with a good diet, ad keep 8-9 kg which would take me a year or more to achieve natty.

Been roiding for year. Get aromasin if ur genes suck. Otherwise thats a good dose. I reached my goal physique in 3 months. (Zyzz type shredded look). Maintaining at 175/week now

Dont bulk, keep ur face tight. Even reduce calories. Sleep, use melatonin if cant. Eat 6 meals spread out instead of starving on 3. Train everyday, overtraining is a meme. Push pull legs. Dont deadlift or squat if u dont like it. Dont work on strength, only breaking down muscle

Overtraining isnt a même you idiot. If you think this then you have absolute dog shit training. Try running full body 7 days a week with dorian yates level intensity. You most likely train with lile 40% intensity and ass volume.
And no wonder natties dismiss the advice of gear users. Its people like you who get barely any results with 0 diet and training knowledge who spew shit

Uh dont use steroids until atleast a year of natty training. Youll basically make the same level of progress
