Ok man tbh, I just checked it out(don't know the specific type)
But since it has intergrated amd graphics, I doubt it would be able to run it very well.
Maybe at really low setting 720p?

You must meet the minimum sys reqs at the very least, that way you can play at 30 fps.
If I were you I wouldn't bother downloading the game tbh, just seems unlikely to be enjoyable on that machine.
You cannot stream it afaik, there used to be nvidia servers where you can pay to run games on their servers with no lag.
Not now tho.
